Cancellation Policy

Please give us 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment otherwise you will forfeit your $50 deposit. There is a 15 min grace period (with notice) but note that late arrivals are subject to BG's availability at that time. Add on services NOT accepted day of appointment.
