15 years ago, in March of 2009, I opened my doors. I've spent many years prior as an independent contractor; honoring my skills and learning the ropes of the business. Styling hair has always been a passion of mine.
I wanted an outlet to style hair but also to integrate hair wellness and overall wellness and so BG Health | Beauty was born.
More recently, the pandemic forced us like many businesses to shut down. During the six-month closure, we reassessed our brand direction. Through personal necessity, I developed the overall health portion of my business.
I always had a keen interest in wellness due to health complications as a child, I just hadn't had the time before to conceptualize it. This time stoppage gave me that time and I created the "Health" portion of BG Health | Beauty.
My goal is to invigorate the whole person both externally and internally. So I created a series of wellness boosters that focus on immunity health. In over 20 years of focusing on my craft, I've found the path to the next 20. BG Health | Beauty is a haus that welcomes all. I strive to get you on a path to a healthier you. I want to care for your crown and your overall health. All are welcome to our tribe.
